1Acceptance of Terms of Use

4Deposits & Withdrawals

For withdrawals, members must use the same payment method used during deposit (the "same-source principle"). The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 and processed within 5–15 minutes for e-wallets, and 1–3 business days for bank transfers. Dayak777 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by Dayak777 are subject to specific wagering requirements. These requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Welcome Bonus: Subject to a wagering requirement of 15x to 30x the bonus value within the specified period.
• Weekly Deposit Bonus: Wagering requirement of 10x to 20x the bonus value within 7 days.
• Cashback: Generally no wagering requirement unless specifically stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

6Game Rules

• For Asian Handicap bets, if the result lands exactly on the handicap line (push), the bet will be refunded.

• Odds are accurate at the time a bet is placed. Any changes to odds after a bet is confirmed will not affect existing bets.

8Prohibited Conduct & Penalties

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Dayak777 and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity or providing false information.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit bonuses or promotions unlawfully, including through the use of multiple accounts.
• Game manipulation: Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Unlawfully colluding with other players in any multi-player game.
• Unauthorised chargebacks: Filing a chargeback with a payment provider for a legitimate deposit.

9Deposit Limits & Account Management

As part of Dayak777 towards responsible gaming, all members may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Members may also request a cool-off period or full self-exclusion if needed.

• Deposit limits may be set or reduced with immediate effect.
• Deposit limit increases require a waiting period of 24–72 hours before taking effect.
• Self-exclusion is final and cannot be reversed during the specified period.

10Account Closure & Suspension
